Apex is operated by We Are Omni ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of the Apex iOS app.
With your permission, Apex reads the following data from Apple Health:
We never sell, share, or use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing Apex's core functionality. This is a firm commitment and a requirement under Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
HealthKit data is processed on-device only. It is never transmitted to our servers.
If you subscribe to Apex Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives:

We never see or store your payment card information.
We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or behavioural tracking data in the current version of Apex. If this changes, we will update this policy and notify users in-app.

We do not use your data to:
The Apex Shop tab contains affiliate links to third-party supplement products. When you tap "Buy" and complete a purchase on a partner's website, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
We do not track your behaviour on third-party sites. We do not receive your personal information from partner brands unless you choose to create an account with them directly.
All personal health data is stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. We do not operate servers that store your health or fitness data.
Subscription and entitlement data is managed by RevenueCat and Apple, both of which maintain industry-standard security practices.

Apex is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
